Durch dein potentielles Zimmerfenster hat man einen guten Blick auf Bäume, in denen ein paar Eichhörnchen und viele Vögel leben.
Im Zimmer stehen schon ein Bett, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Regal und ein Schrank. Das Bett kann ggf. durch den Hausmeister ausgelagert werden. Außerdem hat hier jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Waschbecken.
Unsere Wohnküche hat einen Zugang zum Balkon und bietet genug Platz für eine gemütliche Sofaecke mit Fernseher. Auf unserer Wohnzimmerwand haben wir „Creative Zones“ (die weißen Fenster), in denen sich jeder verwirklichen kann!
Es gibt kostenloses Kabelinternet (und W-LAN) und auch Wasser/Heizung/Strom sind in der Miete enthalten. Bis auf die GEZ (Rundfunkbeitrag) gibt es also keine Nebenkosten.

Hey you!
From your potential future room, you have a beautiful view of trees and the garden, where a couple of lovely squirrels and many birds are living.
The room is fully furnished, with a bed, a desk and a chair, a wardrobe, a shelf and a sink. If you would like to, you also have the possibility to exchange the bed with one of your own.
When you walk through the kitchen, you reach our balcony, where we have a self-made sofa.
We have an open living-kitchen-area with two sofas and a TV. We recently painted the wall and added some „Creative Zones“, where everyone has a white window of their own to do whatever they want with!
Utilities are already included (W-LAN, Electricity, Water, Heating). So, apart from GEZ (Rundfunkbeitrag), there are no additional costs.
Lage
Es gibt sehr gute Verkehrsanbindungen (Horner Mühle und Horn (Horner Kirche)) an die Linien 4, 21, 31, 33 und 34.
In 30 Minuten bist du mit der Straßenbahn im Zentrum und die Uni ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder in 20 Minuten mit dem Bus zu erreichen.
Du hast viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, Aleco, DM, Rossmann, Lestra sind nur 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Außerdem ist der Rhododendronpark nur 5 Gehminuten von unserem Haus entfernt, sodass du entspannt im Park spazieren gehen kannst!

There are a lot of different bus and tram connections: line 4 and bus 21, 31, 33, 34 at the stations Horner Mühle and Horn (Horner Kirche).
You can reach the center by tram, and it takes only 30 minutes. Uni is 10 minutes away by bike and around 20 minutes by bus.
There are also many shopping possibilities: Lidl, Aldi, twice Rewe, Aleco, DM, Rossmann, Lestra only 5-10 minutes away.
There is also the nice Rhododendronpark 5 minutes away, where you can have a relaxing walk!
Nicht-Raucher WG
Wir sind ein bunter Mix von Menschen und bilden zusammen eine 6er-WG, die gerne etwas miteinander unternimmt. Wir schauen Filme, machen Spieleabende, kochen zusammen, machen Ausflüge, gehen gemeinsam weg und so weiter und so fort. Natürlich hat aber auch jede*r Freiraum und kann sich zurückziehen.
Wir treffen uns regelmäßig zu einem WG-Meeting, in dem wir alles aktuell Wichtige besprechen. Meistens sind bei uns zusätzlich verschiedene Projekte zur Verschönerung der WG im Gange, welche wir dort ebenfalls planen. Wir haben auch einen Putzplan, der unbedingt einzuhalten ist. Für den Putzdienst sollte man sich ca. 1h pro Woche einplanen.
Wir reden meistens Englisch miteinander, manchmal auch Deutsch, wie es gerade passt.
Wir teilen die Kosten für eine begrenzte Liste an Haushaltssachen wie Toilettenpapier und Reiniger.

Non-Smoker WG
We are a diverse mix of people and together we are a nice 6-people-WG that likes to hang out together sometimes. We do trips, go out for a beer (vodka is also fine) or a party, but we also enjoy movie and cooking nights. However, we also have our privacy and everyone can have her/his personal space.
Every few weeks, we come together for a WG-Meeting and talk about important recent topics. Most of the time, we are in a constant state of making the WG nicer to live in. We use the meetings to plan these projects, too.
We also have a weekly cleaning schedule, which everyone has to do. You should plan 1h per week to do your part.
We speak English most of the time, sometimes German, depending on the situation.
We share some costs for a limited list of household items like toilet paper and cleaners.
