Die Galileo Residenz befindet sich fußläufig 5 Minuten von der Uni entfernt.

Mit der 6 (Straßenbahn) bist Du außerdem in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt.

Weitere Vorteile: Sollten Reparaturen nötig sein, so gibt es zwei Hausmeister, die diese
an Werktagen tagsüber erledigen und in Notfällen mobil erreichbar
sind.

Ein von Dir bestelltes Paket kommt auch an, wenn Du mal nicht da bist
und wartet in der Rezeption auf Dich.

Du brauchst weder Waschmaschine, noch Trockner, denn davon gibt es
in der Waschküche genug!

a chair, shelf and a cupboard)

Has a balcony from which you can look at the trees and a
pond

You can reach the universtiy in 5 minutes walking.
If you take the 6 (tram), you are in the city within 15 minutes.

Other advantages: If there are repairings needed, there are two caretakers during the
workdays and in case of emergency, you can reach them on their
mobile phone.

If you order a package, it will also be here in case you are not, as it
will be delivered to the reception.

You do not need either a washing machine, neither a dryer as you can
find it all in the landry.

eres estudiante o quieres serlo y todavía estás buscando una habitación confortable y con muebles que se encuentra cerca de la universidad de Bremen pero de lo cual no necesitas mucho tiempo para llegar a la ciudad? Entonces, tengo lo que quieres:

Alquiler con gastos addicionales incluidos: 410 €

La habitación: Es amueblada (cama, mesita de noche,
escritorio muy grande con silla, estantería
y armario)

tiene un balcón del cual puedes ver los
arboles y un estanque

Sólo necesitas 5 minutos en pie de la Galileo Residenz a la universidad.
Tomas el 6 (la tranvia) y te encuentras en la ciudad dentro de 15 minutos.

Otras ventajas: Si necesitas alguien para que te repara algo, hay dos porteros durante
los dias laborable y si es urgente les puedes llamar por teléfono.

Si pides un paquete, lo entregarán también si no estás en casa. Lo
único que necesitas hacer es ir a la recepción.

No necesitas comprar una lavadora ni una secadora. Todo existe en el
lavadero.
