Bei uns wird zum 15. Februar ein Zimmer frei.
Dein Zimmer ist sehr hell und liegt zum Innenhof des Studentenwohnheims Vorstrasse . Es ist ca. 15 qm groß, quadratisch geschnitten und mit 90er Bett, Matratze, Kommode und Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Ein geräumiger Einbauschrank auf dem Flur gehört auch noch dazu.
Die Wohnung besteht aus den Wg- Zimmern, einem großen Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und zwei Badezimmern. Das Wohnheim hat abgeschlossene Fahrradkäfige und einen Waschkeller. Das Waschen und Trocken kostet pro Maschine jeweils 1,50€ und kann mit der Mensacard bezahlt werden

one of our roommates is going to move out. So there will be an available room from the 15th of february.
The room is 15qm large and very bright. It is furnished with a desk, a bed and a commode. You also have a wardrobe outside your room. The flat includes our rooms, two bathrooms and a shared living room with an open kitchen.
You can do the laundry for 1,50€.
Die Wohnung gehört zum Wohnheim in der Vorstraße und liegt somit direkt an der Uni. Zehn Minuten zu Fuß und du bist in der Keksdose.
Zur Bahn brauchst du zwischen 2-10 Minuten, je nach Linie.
The flat belongs to the Wohnheim Vorstraße and is close to the university. It takes you ten minutes to walk to the boulevard. You can reach the next bus station in 2 to 10 minutes.
Bei uns wohnen zurzeit drei Mädels und zwei Jungs, wobei wir gerne das Gleichgewicht wahren würden.
Wir unternehmen gerne etwas gemeinsam. Ob wir zusammen essen, kochen, quatschen, ins Fitnessstudio gehen oder einen Tee oder ein Bierchen trinken. Besonders beliebt sind gemeinsame Spieleabende. Wenn du mal deine Ruhe brauchst oder etwas für die Uni tun musst ist das auch kein Problem.
We are three girls and two boys. We are searching for a boy to keep the balance.
We love to hang out together, eat, cook, talk, go to the gym or drink a tea or beer together. We like doing game nights. But if you need time for yourself or university its also no problem.
Wichtig wäre, dass du immatrikuliert bist, sonst kannst du leider nicht einziehen, da das Studentenwerk unser Vermieter ist.
