Ein Zimmer in einer 3er WG im Studentenwohnheim Luisental wird ab Anfang März frei. Das Zimmer befindet sich im EG des Gebäudes und ist vollmöbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und zwei große Regale). Mit deinen Mitbewohnern würdest du dann die Küche und das Badezimmer teilen. Der Mietpreis beinhaltet sämtliche Nebenkosten, Internet usw. Der Wohnpark verfügt dann über kostenfreie Parkplätze und abschließbare Fahrradunterstellplätze. Eine Waschzentrale, ausgestattet mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern, befindet sich dann im Gebäude nur ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt.
A room in a shared apartment for 3 will be available from March 1st onwards. The flat is located on the ground floor of the building of the university dormitory Luisental. The rent includes everything (water, electricity, internet etc.) The flat has got a rather big shared kitchen and a bathroom, each of the flatmates has got their own room. The room is all frunished (bed, table, wardrobe and two shelving units). In the building there's also a laundry room. It's located on the same floor as the flat. Other than that there's both more than enough parking spots and a bike shed.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt – in 5 Gehminuten Minuten kann man ein Rewe und ein Lidl erreichen, ein Aldi ist 10 Minuten weit weg entfernt. Wenige hundert Meter entfernt befinden sich auch etliche Drogerien, Bäckereien, Banken, Apotheken, Arztpraxen, Sportplätze, der Rhododendronpark usw. D.h. alles ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist ebenfalls sehr gut – 10 Minuten zur Haltestelle Horner Mühle, 12 Minuten zur Horner Kirche. Mit der Straßenbahn kommt man in 20 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum, mit dem Bus dauert es nicht einmal 10 Minuten bis zur Uni.
The location of the flat is perfect - there's a Lidl and a Rewe within 5 minutes walking distance, an Aldi can be reached within 10 minutes. It also takes 10 minutes to the tram station. Both the stops Horner Kirche and Horner Mühle can be reached within 10-12 minutes. It takes 20 minutes to the city centre by tram. If you go to the university, it takes not even 10 minutes by bus. There also is a post, all sorts of doctors, pharmacies, drugstores, banks, bakeries, a park etc. all within 10 minutes walking distance.
