Weil ich diesen Sommer ein Praktikum in Berlin mache, vermiete ich mein Zimmer für den Zeitraum vom 15.07 bis zum 01.10 (gerne aber auch verhandelbar!) an eine zuverlässige und nette Person. Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß, hat einen Balkon und ist in einer WG mit zwei sehr lieben Mädels – Anna (22) und Lea (24). Anna macht gerade ihren Bachelor und Lea macht ein Volontariat, deshalb sind beide leider nicht so oft zu Hause. Trotz alledem versuchen wir von Zeit zu Zeit etwas gemeinsam zu machen :-)
Wir leben in einem Haus mit einem großen Garten, den du gerne nutzen kannst. In dem Zimmer befinden sich ein großer Schrank, ein Schreibtisch und ein 140x200 Bett. Natürlich werde ich meine Sachen wegräumen, sodass du dich ausbreiten kannst. Die WG besitzt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, sowie ein Geschirrspüler.
Zu der Lage: Du wirst in Horn wohnen, relativ nah an der Uni und dem Studierendenwohnheim, indem öfter auch Partys im Sommer stattfinden. Davon kriegt man aber eigentlich nichts mit. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Haltestelle „Horner Mühle“, von der die 4 zu Stoßzeiten im 5 Minuten Takt fährt. In 20 Minuten bist du in der Innenstadt. Ich würde auch mein Fahrrad da lassen, mit dem man schnell und einfach in derselben Zeit in die Innenstadt kommt.

Because I am going to do an internship during the summer, I hope to sublet my room to a nice and reliable person. It is free from the 15. July until 1. October, even though that period is up for discussion. The room is 20 m^2 large, has a balcony and big windows, allowing light to come in during the day. The flat is shared with two other girls, Anna (22) who is currently doing her bachelor thesis and Lea (24) who works full time in a city nearby. Unfortunately, we are not able to spend too much time together and each live lives on our own but we try to go out together from time to time.
We live in a bigger house with a large garden which you can use however you like. The room has a closet, a desk as well as a 140x200 bed. Obviously, I am going to clean out all my stuff. The flat has a washing machine, a dryer as well as a dishwasher.
You’ll be living in Horn, close to the university and thus the student accommodation. During the summer, there are some parties, but you usually do not hear loud music or anything similar. The house is close to the station “Horner Mühle”, from which the 4 comes every 5-10 minutes. It’s about 20 minutes to the city centre and 15 minutes to the Viertel. I’ll leave my bike there so you’ll be able to travel by true Bremen fashion – you’ll be everywhere as fast as with the tram and its lovely during the summer.
