Since I am leaving, I am looking for a female student, who can rent the room from November, the 9th. The room is big, well-lighted and spacious; there are a single bed with mattress, a wardrobe, a big shelf, a desk and a chair already included in the contract. It is located in a shared flat at the ground floor in the student dorm Luisental 28, where many international students live. In the flat there are 3 single bedrooms and yours will be the biggest one; a big shared kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a small restroom. There is no washing machine inside, but just out of the door you can access to a room where all washing machines and dries are. If you have a bike, you can lock it inside of a bike garage.
You can reach the closest bus and tram's stops in 10 minutes walk as well as the supermarkets Rewe, Aldi and Lidl.
We are looking for a clean person, who is used to living with others :)
