Ich mache ab April ein Auslandsemester in Tokio und suche deswegen jemanden, der in dieser Zeit in meinem Zimmer zur Untermiete wohnen möchte.
Das Zimmer ist hell, geräumig und ca. 15qm groß. Der Blick aus dem Fenster geht in einen grünen Innenhof und durch die Begrünung kann man nicht gut ins Zimmer hineinsehen. Das Fenster hat Gardinen und das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet mit Doppelbett, Kommode, Kleiderstange, Regal, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Sessel, großer Schrank im Flur und einem E-Piano. Wegen des E-Pianos wurde ich gerne jemanden einziehen lassen, der Klavier spielt oder Musik studiert.
Es gibt genügend Steckdosen und sogar einen eigenen Lan-Anschluss fürs Internet. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Gemeinschaft-Wohnzimmer mit großer Küche. Außerdem gibt es zwei Bäder; eins mit Dusche/Badewanne. Des Weiteren kann man vom Wohnzimmer direkt auf die sehr große Terrasse mit Garten.
Alle Nebenkosten sind in der Miete enthalten. Internetzugang wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Nachbargebäude gibt es einen Wäschekeller, in dem die Wäsche gegen 1,50€ gewaschen und getrocknet werden kann.

Since I am doing a semester abroad in Tokyo from April, I am looking for someone who would like to move into my room for that time.
The room is close to 15 qm, bright and has enough space for everyday life. Outside, in front of the window, is a green patio. The window has curtains and the room is fully equipped with a double bed, shelf unit, rack, wardrobe rail, desk and chair, armchair, big closet in the hallway and an electric piano. Because of the electric piano, I would prefer someone who plays the piano or studies music.
There are plenty of sockets and one lan-connection port in the room. The living room is in the same room as the kitchen, both are big. It is also connected to a very big terrace. There are two bathrooms; one with a shower/bathtub.
All bills (+ wifi) are included in the price. There are washing machines and dryers available, which you can use for 1,50€ per turn.

Die Wohnung ist in der Vorstraße 95 und 10 Minuten vom Campus entfernt. Die Straßenbahn (4/6), mit der man innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der Stadt ist, ist ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten weit entfernt.
Das Wohnviertel Horn ist ruhig, hauptsächlich von Familien bewohnt und bietet mehrere Möglichkeiten zum Einkauf in der Nähe: Rewe, Aldi, Aleco, DM, Rossmann etc.
Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Studierendenwohnheims.
Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe des Wohnheims viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten wie den Unisee, den Bürgerpark oder das Blockland.

The flat, located at Vorstraße 95, is very close to the campus and tram (10 min). The tram can take you directly to the City in 15 min. The flat is part of a student residence. There are plenty of choices for getting your groceries: Rewe, Aldi, Aleco, Dm, Rossmann etc.
In the vicinity of the student residence are many beautiful places to visit like the Unisee, the Bürgerpark or the Blockland.

Unsere WG ist keine Zweck-WG. Wir sitzen gerne mal beisammen, schnacken, gucken Filme, spielen Gesellschaftsspiele etc. Wir essen und kochen auch gerne mal zusammen. Trotzdem legen wir großen Wert auf Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Falls jemand seine/ihre Ruhe haben möchte, dann wird da nicht gestört :)
Auch Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist uns wichtig. Wir sind zwar nicht penibel, haben aber einen geregelten Putzplan, der eingehalten werden sollte.

Oguz (27) studiert Politikwissenschaften (Eng/Turk)
Letizia (23) kommt aus Italien, studiert das Master Programme Environmental Physics an der Uni Bremen.
Shivani, die Kleinste in unserer WG ^^, (23) studiert Biochemistry in ihrem Master. Sie wohnt seit drei Monaten hier. Sie mag gärtnert, über viele Dinge reden und Musik hören.
Natalie (21) studiert, neben Gesundheitswissenschaften, auch gerne Spieleabende (Eng/Deu)
In der WG sprechen wir meist Englisch, wenn alle beisammen sind.

We are not a purpose only flat. We like to eat, cook or chill together. We talk, watch movies or anything like it. But we still think that your privacy is very important. If you don't feel like company, you won't be disturbed. Cleanliness and neatness are very important to us. We have a cleaning plan that should be followed, although we are not too strict with e.g. some days behind any deadlines or whatever. These are the people that live here:

Shivani, the shortest one in the flat ^^, (23) studies Biochemistry in her Masters. It's been three months since she moved here. She likes gardening, talking about random stuff and listening to music.
Natalie (21) studies Public Health as well as board game nights. (Ger/Eng)
We mainly talk English when we're all together.

Man kann in diesem Wohnheim nur wohnen, wenn man an der Universität Bremen immatrikuliert ist. Innerhalb des Wohnheims ist unsere Wohnung im eher ruhigen Teil. Partys können zwar jederzeit gefeiert werden, sind bei uns im Block aber nicht so häufig. Alle weiteren Fragen können wir gerne bei einem Gespräch klären.

You can only live in this flat if you're studying at the University of Bremen. Our block of the student residence is one of the more quiet ones. It is still very possible to have a party if you want. If you have any further question you can contact me.
