*FOR FEBRUARY AND MARCH SUB-LET*
The Studentenwerk provides a bed with a mattress (90x200cm), a desk and chair, a shelf and a wardrobe. The room is very large. It is a 6 person flat share. The room is well furnished with a bed, table and wardrobe. There are two windows for sufficient light. There are two toilets and a large kitchen.
We have a large eat-in kitchen, which is also the common room, and two bathrooms: a shower room and a small bathroom, only with a toilet and sink, storage room and two balconies. Below is a small laundry room with washing machines and dryers, which you can only use with your cafeteria card, as well as a lockable bicycle cellar!
The next stops are 7-10 minutes via foot.
To the university: 10 minutes by bus / bike
To the city center: 20 minutes by tram
Various doctors, bakers, discounters and supermarkets can be reached within a few minutes by bike or on foot.
Very close to the university and tram stops are very close by. Aldi, Rewe, Lidl can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
The area is generally a bit quieter and very green. The Rhododendron Park nearby is a nice place for different sports as well as for relaxing activities.
We are six students currently from the University of Bremen, are 20 to 30 years old. If we do something, it is rather spontaneous, since it is not always easy to get everyone under one roof. Usually we cook, play or just spend a nice evening, but don't party permanently. It can still get louder. For us, the principle applies that everything can be done. If you don't feel like people, that's ok! Nevertheless, we would be happy if you would like to do something with us. We have a cleaning plan where everyone has to do a certain task permanently. If necessary, it is simply exchanged with each other.
+++ A very important thing: You have to be a student at one of the universities in Bremen to be able to move in here! This requires a valid enrollment certificate from the university and a housing application from the Studentenwerk (we can, of course, help you with this!) +++
