Das Zimmer befindet sich im Studentnwohnheim Vorstraße im A Block. Es ist etwa 15 Quadratmeter groß und Möbel werden vom Studentenwerk gestellt (Tisch, Regal, Stuhl, 90x200 Bett und Kleiderschrank). Es gibt ein schönes großes Fenster mit Sonnenlicht im Erdgeschoss.
Die WG ist in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand, zu der Wohnung gehört neben einer Küche, zwei Badezimmern, einer Gästetoilette, sieben Einzelzimmern und einem großen Wohnzimmer auch eine eigene Terrasse, die im Sommer zum Sonnenbaden und Grillen einlädt.
Im Mietpreis enthalten ist Strom, Wasser und Internet.
Das 140x200 Bett und die Vorhänge werden von mir gekauft und jetzt möchte ich sie zu einem niedrigen Preis verkaufen.
The room is 15qm² with a big window and comes with furniture (table, shelf, chair, 90x200 bed, and wardrobe). There are two bathrooms plus an extra toilet in the flat, seven single rooms, a big living room with kitchen plus a terrace that functions as a meeting spot for barbecues and chillouts.
The 140x200 bed and curtains are bought by me and now I would like to sell them at a low price.
Die WG ist etwa 10 Minuten von der Uni entfernt. Zu den Straßenbahn Haltestellen 6 und 4, die einen in die Stadt bringen, dauert es circa 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Rad sind es 20 Minuten in die Stadt. Die nächsten Einkaufsläden (Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, DM etc.) sind etwa 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es außerdem eine gemütliche Bar.
The university is only a 10 minute walk from here. There is a nice bar just around the corner. They sometimes have live music and the beer is quite cheap. Supermarkets are about 5-10 minutes away if you go by bike. The trams that take you to the city are a walk of 5-10 minutes away.
Dies ist ein Zimmer in einem Studentenwohnheim des Studierendenwerks, daher musst du StudentIn einer deutschen Hochschule/Universität sein! Und auch deine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung wird von uns benötigt.
Die WG verfügt über eine moderne Küche mit Spülmaschine und zwei Kühlschränken. Waschmaschine und Trockner gibt es im Keller. Bei Problemen ist der Hausmeister wochentags erreichbar. Die Miete beträgt warm 269€ im Monat. Zzgl. wird der Rundfunkbeitrag mit der WG geteilt.

This is a room in a students dorm from the Studierendenwerk, therefore you have to be a student of one of the universities in Germany! And we also need your enrollment certificate.
There is a dishwasher, two fridges, possibilities to wash and dry clothes. Rent is 269 including internet, water and elextricity.
