Hello!
We are currently in a search of a roommate for our flatshare. You should be an enrolled student at the University of Bremen, Hochschule Bremen, or Applied Arts. Basic knowledge of English is preferable. The room is available from 01.12.2023. Our place is on the University campus and also close to the bus & tram stop, from where you can reach the center (~ 15 min.) and the other areas easily. The rent is very student-friendly.
We all come from different cultural backgrounds. We are friendly and chill WG who likes to do things together. However, you will always find time and space for yourself when you need it.
The room is fully furnished, with a bed (plus mattress), wardrobe, desk, shelf, and chair. The kitchen is fully equipped, but you are welcome to add things. The flat has 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room with a kitchen table. There are shared washing machines on the ground floor that you can pay for with a Mensa card. There is also a cleaning schedule in the flat that we are following.
We kindly ask you to give us a little introduction about yourself. Once we find a suitable person he or she will make the contract with the provider, the Studentenwerk.
The apartment is located 5 min from the Lise-Meitner-Strasse tram/bus stop. It takes only 5 minutes by foot to reach the University of Bremen Zentralbereich. Supermarkets Aldi and Aleco are in close vicinity. The city center and Hbf are 15 minutes away by tram #6.
