Hallo Ihr,
Da wir die wg beide im Mai verlassen werden, suchen wir zwei Nachmieter zu Mitte Mai/AnfangJuni. Die Wohnung hat einen langen Flur und eine kleine Abstellkammer, Küche und Bad sowie 2 schöne Zimmer.
Die ZImmer sind 22 und 18 m2 groß mit Parkettboden ausgelegt, es gibt riesiges Fenster und schöne hohe Wände und ist somit sind die Zimmer hell und mit Blick ins Grüne bzw eins zur Straße!
Gesamtmiete für beide Zimmer 580 + Nebenkosten / ca 350 pro Person
Gehaltsnachweis bzw bei Studenten, der der Eltern beim Vermieter erwünscht
Die WG befindet sich recht zentral hinter dem Viertel, Stadtteil Hastedt/Peterswerder.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie REWE, Lidl und Netto sind zu Fuß oder mit Bus in 5-10 min erreichbar.
Quasi vor der Tür fährt der Bus in Richtung Uni ab (17min), auch die Tram 2,10 und 3 sind schnell zu erreichen. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 14 Minuten.
Besonders schön ist im Sommer die Nähe zur Weser und dem Osterdeich, an der man zum Beispiel sehr gut joggen oder grillen kann...:)
Gerne würden wir ein paar Möbel los werden :)
