Hello, I am offering one room in a two room apartment. The apartment is total 55 meter square big. It is very bright and quite. The apartment is newly renovated and the kitchen, toilet are newly installed. It is positioned at 12th floor in a total of14th floor building. It has 2 lift facilities. Moreover, the room is furnished with a bed, table, chair and a new waredrob but you have to bring your own belongings. The kitchen is well equipped and some of the tools can be used. It is also located in middle of the district with many cafes and super shops nearby. Netto, REWE, PENNY, Asian shop, Turkish shop, TEDi are reachable within 2 minutes of walking distance. The room will be rented from 01.12.2022 till 20.12.2022. If you have any further questions then don't hesitate to contact via email.
The traffic connection is very good. Tram 4 and bus 22, 52, 26, 27 can be reached in 2 to 3 minutes. REWE, Netto, Penny are about 3 to 4 minutes away by walking distance as well.
The room is partly furnished. I am currently looking for some more furniture and hopefully will have a sofa and wardrobe very soon. Ot also mighr possible to put out some furniture on request.
