Hi,
ich bin Merle und habe bisher mit einer Mitbewohnerin die zum 01.05.2011 ausziehen wird zusammen gewohnt.
Daher bin ich nun auf der Suche nach
einer neuen netten Mitbewohnerin für meine 3 Zimmer Wohnung. Bus- und Bahnhaltestelle
der Linien 4 u. 22 (Anbindung zur Uni u. Innenstadt) sind in ca. 3-5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
In den 250 Euro Miete sind sämtliche Kosten, d.h. Mitbenutzung der Küche/Bad etc. Heizkosten, Wasser, Storm, u. Internet/Telefon enthalten.
Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Wohnung ausreichend vorhanden.
