Hallo ihr,
da ich meine Ausbildung bei Lufthansa beendet habe ziehe ich aus unserer WG aus.
Dadurch wird ein ca. 22qm großes Zimmer in einer 3er WG in der Karl-Grunert-Straße 61 in Bremen-Kattenturm ab sofort frei.
Ein weiteres kleines Zimmer (ca. 12qm) ist in der WG momentan noch frei. Das dritte Zimmer bewohnt im Moment noch ein Flugschüler von Lufthansa Flight Training. Generell ist die Wohnung oft von Flugschülern bewohnt gewesen.
Kosten warm: 300€ + 10€ Internet (Kaution 250€ einmalig)
- voll möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Bett, Schränken, Couch usw. (Keine Übernahmezahlung, Möbel gehören dem Vermieter)
- vollständig ausgestatte Küche
- Spül- und Waschmaschiene
- Balkonzugang
- Balkon (ca 7qm) mit Grill (oberste Etage --> Grillen stört niemanden)
- 15 min mit Tram u. Rad in die Stadt
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar
- Parkplätze und Fahrradkeller vorhanden
In Bremen Kattenturm:
- nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Combi, Aldi, Müller
- etwas weiter entfernt (10min mit dem Rad) großer Marktkauf, Outlets diverser Marken
- in die Stadt (Domsheide) mit dem Rad oder den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln 15min
- nahe am Bremer Flughafen
- gute Parkplatz Situation (kostenfrei)
- Parks und Grünflächen zu Fuß erreichbar
Oft von Schülern der Lufthansa Verkehrsfliegerschule bewohnt.
Diese Wechseln bedingt durch unterschiedliche Ausbildungsorte des öfteren (ca. alle 5 - 6 Monate, je nach Ausbildungsabschnitt).
Jederzeit sehr nette und tolerante WG-Atmosphäre in der auch immer viel miteinander unternommen wurde.
