Ich bin 26(w), am arbeiten und suche einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin für meine 2er-WG im Stadtteil Mitte ab dem 1. Oktober oder eventuell ab dem 1. September.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 24m², unmöbliert und hell. Es gibt eine möblierte Küche und ein Bad. Waschmaschine und Fahrradkeller sind auch vorhanden. Die Kaltmiete für das Zimmer beträgt 210€. Die Warmiete (d.h. mit Nebenkosten wie Heizung, Strom und Internet) ist 340€.
Die Wohnung ist in der Doventorstr. und daher sehr gut gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und die Straßenbahnen 2, 3 und der Bus 25 halten fast vor der Tür. Die Schlachte und das Stadtzentrum sind auch im wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Verbindung zum Bahnhof ist ebenfalls gut.
