Hey Leute,
frei wird ein (ehemaliges Kinder-)Zimmer für den Monat September. Das Zimmer befindet sich in der oberen, ruhigen Etage der WG. In dem Zimmer gibt es ein Bett und einen Schreibtisch, welche jedoch eher Kindermaße haben. Das Bereitstellen z.B. einer größeren Matratze wäre aber möglich.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Huchting. Der nahe Park lädt zu Spaziergängen ein. EInkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nahebei. Der Weg in die Innenstadt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln beträgt ~30 Minuten.
Wir sind keine ZweckWG und es leben Kinder in der WG. Unser Zusammenleben ist von gegenseitiger Rücksichtnahme geprägt und das würden wir auch von dir erwarten.
Der Preis ist verhandelbar.

Hey,
i´m offering a former children´s room for the month of september. The room is in the upper, mostly quiet floor of our WG. The room has a (former childs) bed, a chest of drawers and a desk. There is the possibility to provide for example a bigger mattress for the room.
The house is situated in a quiet street of Huchting. The close park is a nice opportunity to take a walk or just relax. There are shops (rewe,lidl) nearby. It takes around 30 minutes to reach the city-centre by public transport.
We live together in a familiar atmosphere and there are children living in the flat as well. We try to leave each other as much space as possible and take care, not to distrub each other in our daily routines. We will aks you to do the same.
The price is negotiable.
