Das Zimmer ist zum gernhaben!
Die Sonne flutet den Raum den ganzen Tag und lässt kaum trübe Gedanken aufkommen.
Eine extra Portion Luft ist auf dem nicht so luftigen Balkon sofort möglich da er direkt an das Zimmer grenzt. Also sehr exklusiv. Raus schaut man in einen satt grünen Innenhof.
Das Zimmer ist Weiß gestrichen, die Heizung auch.
Aufgepasst, jetzt kommt das Highlight:
Im Raum habe ich einen Kleiderschrank mit Schiebetüren, Stauraum und ein Bett selbst und hochwertig eingebaut.
Der Kleiderschrank hat zwei Etagen Kleiderstangen und ein Abteil mit 5 Fächern für den Rest. Abgerundet wird er durch Schiebetüren bespannt mit "Wiener Geflecht".
Das Bett kann man von 180cm bis 90cm breite variabel anpassen. Das werde ich für dich, auf Wunsch, tun.
Der abgebildete Schreibtisch ist nicht mit inklusive. Für Ersatz kann ich aber für dich sorgen.
Die Lampen müssen auch nicht unbedingt bleiben.
Ein solides Laminat gibt es als Boden
A comfy room!
The sun is flooding into the room the whole day, always warm and cozy.
Exclusively you can enjoy the balcony attached to the room. A freedom you never want to miss.
Your view is right into the green backyard.
The room and the radiator is painted white.
The highlight of the room is selfbuilt woodden construction of a wardrobe, storage room and a bed.
The wardrobe has a two level section for coat hangers and a section of shelves. It has sliding doors in front.
The Bed is now 180cm wide but can be reduced down to 90cm.
The desk is not included but i can take care of a replacement, if needed.
The Lamps can be taken down.
The flooring is laminate.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Kulenkampffallee sehr nah an der Universität Bremen.
--> Ca. 5 min. mit dem Rad und 2 min. mit dem Bus.
Der Bürgerpark ist einen Katzensprung entfernt.
Genauso nah dran ist ein Biomarkt und sind die Supermärkte EDEKA und REWE. Einen Aldi-Discounter gibt es bei der Universität.
Eine mittelmäßige Kneipe, einen Friseur, einen Schlachter, einen Bäcker und einen Zahnarzt gibt es direkt bei der Station "Kulenkampffallee" eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Von dieser Haltestelle fährt die Tram 8 (Hauptbahnhof, Zentrum, Huchting) und der Bus 22 (Direkte Verbindung zur Universität, zum "Viertel" und zur Weser, weiter richtung Süd Bremen und IKEA).
Die Haltestelle "Wätjenstraße" ist etwas weiter weg aber immernoch in 6min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hier ist der REWE und der BIO-Markt. Von hier fährt die Tram 6 Richtung Universität und Flughafen.
Die Nachbarn sind Hilfsbereit und man hält zusammen bei Problemen des Alltags.
The flat is well integrated into the public transport network of Bremen.
The tram stations "Kulenkampffallee" and "Wätjenstraße" are not far away and you will have great connection through the city. Directions are: University, Airport, Mainstation (Train) and to the river Weser.
The big recreational park "Bürgerpark" is near by in 5min walking distance.
The University is in about 4 min by bus and 5min by bike reachable.
A whole foods and typical grocery stores are near by and within 5min bike distance.
Other utilities are at the tram station "Kulenkampffallee".
Diese WG ist nach meinem Empfinden aufgeräumt, gepflegt und gut gelaunt.
Dein Mitbewohner ist Ayush. Er studiert Digitale Medien an der Universität Bremen und kommt aus Indien.
Da ihr nur zu zweit seit müsst ihr euch absprechen was eure Wünsche sind an ein Zusammenleben. Da kann ich wenig sagen, wie man ein WG-Leben gestalten kann und wird.
Aus meiner Erfahrung ist Ayush immer für ein Gespräch und ein kaltes Getränk zu haben.
The shared flat is clean and cheerful.
Your flatmate Ayush is studing digital media at the university of Bremen. He is from India and a very calm guy. About the shared flat life i cannot say how you both want to organize it but from my point of view, Ayush is always ready for cold drink and a good talk.
Auf eine Kaution kann verzichtet werden wenn Haftung/Bürgschaft anderweitig Vertraglich geregelt wird.
Es wird einen Untermietvertrag geben.
Möglich ist, dass du auch in dieser WG bleiben kannst. Diese Option ist nicht Unwahrscheinlich.
