I'm offering my nice room. It has lots lot of white furniture: bed (1mx2m), shelves, closet, desk, table-lamp, comfortable chair. Private balcony (5mx2m) with a view of garden. The orientation of my room is south, so there is a lot of sun coming in. My room is located on the first floor. At the same floor there are three other rooms and a toilet with a shower.
There is WLAN included in the rent.
The house have 2 gardens, one in front of the house and another big in the back. The one in the back is south oriented, so it's perfect to do summer barbeques. At the ground floor there is a kitchen big enough and cosy with a table and chairs. That you can see in the pictures, it's quite big, you will have a private fridge with a cooler and a big cupboard to put your food or cooking stuff in. There is a new stove with oven coming this month. You will share the kitchen with my three nice flatmates.
In the ground floor there is a new toilet with a shower. There is also a living room with a sofas and a table with four chairs, so ideal if you wanna bring your friends In the basement there is a washing machine that can be used for free. It is possible to dry your clothes on the balcony.
It's located in Neue Vahr Nord, in a very nice neighbourhood. Your neighbours are german families, who are always there to help. During mornings the kids are playing in the streets and during night it's quiet and you just listen to the birds.
To get to the University, it takes about 25 minutes. You can either take a direct bus (31), the stop is 8 minutes from the house and the way to the bus stop is a very pleasant path with trees and a small river. Otherwise you can take the stop in front of the house and take bus number 24 and change in three stops to number 21.
To the city centre, you should take bus number 24 that goes direct to the city centre (Haupbahnhof - Central Station, Domscheide (cathedral). It takes around 20 minutes.
There are shops around, the closest ones are Edeka and Netto and also there is a Pharmacy, Kiosk and a Bakery. If you walk 10 minutes you will get to Berliner Freiheit, it's a small shopping centre where you will find all you need. From there you can take Tram to Weserpark, the biggest shopping mall in Bremen.
You will share the home with my 3 flatmates. All of us have our own rooms but we share the kitchen and bathrooms.
One guy is from EUA studying English as a language, he is a writer and writes publications, a polish girl studying European Studies and a guy from Brazil who is doing his final project about Ceramics (Material Engineering).
They all three are very nice, we like spend time together and you can always trust on them and ask for help :)
The rent (all included) is 320€ and the deposit is also 320€. You can move in in April.
