Da ich im August leider ausziehen werde, suche ich nun zum 1.09 oder wenn gewollt auch schon früher, einen Nachmieter für mein kleines, aber feines Zimmer.
Zur Zeit setzt sich unsere WG aus 3 M und mir (W), alles Studenten, zusammen.
Zum zukünftigen WG-Leben kann ich leider nichts mehr sagen, da alle bis spätestens Ende September ausziehen.
Das frei werdende Zimmer ist zwar mit 11m² sehr klein, aber trotzdem gemütlich. Außerdem hat nur dieses Zimmer Zugang auf den Balkon. Küche und Bad werden von allen Mitbewohnern benutzt und in der Küche kann man auch mal zusammen einen Kaffee trinken.
Die Bushaltestelle "Heinrich-Hertz-Str." ist zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar, und mit der Buslinie 21 ist man in 12 Minuten an der Uni. An der gleichen Haltestelle kann man mit der Buslinie 24 in 15 - 20 Minuten am Hbf und in der Innenstadt sein.

Hello everyone!
Sadly I will leave this place in august, and now I'm searching for a new tenant for this flat. You can move in on the 1.9 or sooner, if wanted.
At this moment I live here with 3 flatmates (males) and we are all students.
Hence all my roomates are also moving out, I can't say anything about the future life in the flat.
The room, that will be free, is really small, but cozy and you will be the only one with access to the balcony. Kitchen and bathroom are used by every flatmate, but since I lived here, there never were any complications.
You can reach the bus stop "Heinrich-Hertz-Str." in 5 minutes walking time. With the bus 21 you will be at the university in 12 minutes and with the bus 24 you can be at the train station and city centre in 15 to 20 minutes.
