Das Zimmer ist 18 qm groß, es gibt ein 20 qm Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer mit Balkon.
Das Tageslichtbad verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit.
Die Waschmaschine wird anteilig erworben, genauso wie die Kücheneinrichtung inklusive Spülmaschine und die Wohnzimmereinrichtung. Hierzu ist ein Abschlag von 150 € zu zahlen.
We offer a decently sized WG room in a 3 person WG in Bremen Neue Vahr Nord.
The room has roundabout 18 sq.m. and there is a 20 sq.m. living room with balcony that is used by everyone.
The bathroom has a window, a bathtub with the possibility to shower.
The washing machine and the kitchen furniture, as well as the living room furniture is a shared ownership between all parties of the WG. So you have to pay 150 € for it.
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, Linie 1 und 24 sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen und es dauert auch nicht allzu lange in die Stadt. Bis zur Uni, ob mit Rad oder Bus, braucht man ca 20 min.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Berliner Freiheit, 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
The public transport (tram line 1 and bus line 24) are accessible within 5 to 10 minutes via foot. To the university you need roundabout 20 minutes via bus or bike.

Wir, Martin (24) und Rayk (19), sind Studenten an der Uni Bremen. Wir sind generell eher ruhig und keine Party-WG und pflegen ein entspanntes Miteinander, bei dem jeder seiner Wege geht und ab und zu auch mal ein Spieleabend oder Ähnliches veranstaltet wird.
We, Martin (24) and Rayk (19), are students at the University of Bremen. We are quiet guys and no party-WG and we live relaxed and friendly with each other. Most of the time each does his own stuff, but we had some fun gaming evenings in the past.
