The room is already furnished with a desk + chair, a bed, a few shelves (some belong to the owner of the flat, some of those are mine. If you want, you can keep them), a wardrobe and another chair.
Few requirements:
— You have to rent the room for at least 6 months.
— You need to be a student or person under 30 years

Zur Info: Ich bin nicht der Vermieter. Suche nur nach jemanden, der mein Zimmer übernimmt, weil ich umziehe. Könnt euch gerne die Wohnung und das Zimmer anschauen. Ich würde euch dann mit dem Vermieter in Verbindung
Lage ist echt gut. Heinrich-Hertz Straße wäre die Haltestellt und ihr braucht keine 2 Minuten dorthin. Vondort braucht ihr ungefähr 15 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt.
The flat is near the university. If you take the bus, you need like 12 minutes to get there.
Edeka und Lidl sind 2-3 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Es gibt auch einen Wochenmarkt 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt
Über das WG-Leben. Die Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und sehr sauber. In der Küche findet man immer jemanden zum Plaudern. Jeder ist auch sehr respektvoll gegenüber dem Frieden aller. Sie haben auch einen schönen Balkon, auf dem Sie Ihre Kleidung mit einem Trockner trocknen können, der bereits für Sie da ist.
