Wir suchen ab sofort ein Person zur Zwischenmiete für ein 15m² Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Fenster zum Garten hin.
Wir sind mit dem Einzugstermin etwas flexibel, schreibt uns also auch gerne an, wenn es zeitlich nicht 100%tig passt.
Die WG ist nach einer turbulenten Zeit aktuell in einer Neufindungsphase/Neustart und es gibt daher viele Mitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Garten, zwei Balkone, eine große Terrasse, eine Wohnküche, zwei Bäder (inkl. Badewanne), einen Hobbyraum zum Werkeln und vieles Schönes mehr.

As of now we are looking for a person for a 15m² room on the first floor with a window facing the garden.
From the 2nd week of May we are looking for another person for a 10m² room with direct access to the terrace from which a ladder leads to the garden.
The WG is after a turbulent time currently in a re-finding phase / new start and there are therefore many co-design opportunities. We have a beautiful garden, two balconies, a large terrace, an eat-in kitchen, two bathrooms (incl. bathtub), a hobby room for working and much more.

Am Rand des Flüsseviertels, beste Lage! Viele Einkaufsmöglichekeiten und Anschluss zur Tram 6 (Haltestelle Gastfeldstraße - 10 min zum Zentrum, zum Hauptbahnhof, zum Flughafen etc). Nur die Uni ist bisschen weiter weg (30 min mit Fahrrad oder Öffis). Im Sommer ist der Weg zum Werdersee nicht weit und auch unterschiedlichste Kneipen etc. sind schnell zu erreichen.

On the edge of the Flüsseviertel, best location! Many shopping possibilities and connection to the streetcar 6 (stop Gastfeldstraße - 10 min to the center, to the main station, to the airport etc). Only the university is a bit further away (30 min by bike or public transport). In summer, the way to the Werdersee is not far and also different bars etc. are within easy reach.

Wir selber sind ein bunter Haufen im alter von 21 bis 35. Manche von uns machen zusammen Musik, schauen gemeinsam Filme, spielen Gesellschaftsspiele, und andere kochen gerne geilen Scheiß. Wir studieren soziale Arbeit, machen Mathe oder Informatik, arbeiten als Schauspielerin oder Musiker:in und sind teilweise politisch aktiv. Zudem haben wir einen geheimen haarigen neunten Mitbewohner, Jascha (Siehe Foto). Obwohl alle Menschen aus der WG Tiere sehr gerne mögen, trifft das auf Jascha nicht zu und wir können leider keine weiteren Hunde oder Katze in der WG haben.
Wir suchen nach netten, queerfreundlichen Menschen, die gerne auch Macken und Eigenheiten mitbringen dürfen, solange ein respektvolles Miteinander angestrebt wird.

We ourselves are a colorful bunch from 21 to 35 years old. Some of us make music together, watch movies together, play board games, and others like to cook cool shit. We study social work, do math or computer science, work as an actress or musician and are partly politically active. In addition, we have a secret hairy ninth roommate, Jascha (See photo). Even though all human in our WG like animals a lot, Jascha does not, and we cannot accept any applicants with cats or dogs. Sorry.
We are looking for nice, queer-friendly people, who are allowed to bring along quirks and peculiarities, as long as a respectful coexistence is strived for.
