Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 qm groß, es liegt auf der Hofseite, so dass es nicht viel Lärm von der Straße gibt.
Es hat ein Hochbett und dadurch fühlt sich das Zimmer viel größer an, da das Bett nicht viel Platz wegnimmt. Außerdem gibt es ein gemütlichen Sofa, das das Zimmer gleichzeitig wie ein Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer wirken lässt :)
Die Lage ist unschlagbar - direkt in der Neustadt - die Haltestelle "Rotes-Kreuz-Krankenhaus" ist füssläufig ca. 4-5 min. entfernt. Ein Penny und ein Rossmann sind genau auf der selben Höhe.
Und natürlich auch der Werdersee in kürze zu erreichen

Da ich mein Auslandssemester in Valencia machen werde, bin ich auf der Suche nach einem Untermieter von September bis Ende Januar/Anfang Februar.
Das Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt - gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie gemeinsames Kochen oder Backen machen wir immer gerne, einen Film schauen oder sich einfach in der Küche treffen und über den Tag reden, aber natürlich ist auch Zeit alleine kein Problem :)
Maja und Rudi sind ganz nette, lebenslustige und aufgeschlossene Menschen, mit denen man immer reden kann 🥰.
Sauberkeit ist auf jeden Fall wichtig, es sollte nicht klinisch sauber sein, aber eine Grundsauberkeit sollte selbstverständlich sein und nicht an einer Person hängen bleiben
The room is about 17 sqm, it is on the courtyard side so there is not much noise from the street.
It has a loft bed and this makes the room feel much bigger, as the bed doesn't take up much space. There is also a cozy sofa that makes the room feel like a living room and a bedroom at the same time :)
The location is unbeatable - directly in the Neustadt - the stop "Rotes-Kreuz-Krankenhaus" is by foot about 4-5 min away. A Penny and a Rossmann are exactly on the same level.
And of course the Werdersee can be reached in a short time.

Since I will do my semester abroad in Valencia I am looking for a subtenant from September until the end of January/beginning of February.
The life together is very relaxed - common activities like cooking or baking together we always like to do, watching a movie or just meeting in the kitchen and talking about our day, but of course also time alone is no problem :)
Maja and Rudi are quite nice fun-loving and open-minded people who you can always talk 🥰
Cleanliness is important in any case, it should not be clinically clean, but a basic cleanliness should be self-evident and not stick to one person
