in einer Wohnung für zwei Personen in Neustadt, sehr gut gelegen, 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, direkt am und mit Blick auf den Werdersee auf der einen Seite und einen Garten auf der anderen Seite, wird mein 15 m2 großes Zimmer zwischen dem 21. Oktober 2023 und dem 15. Januar 2024 -flexible Termine- zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung stehen.
Das Zimmer ist mit meinem Bett, einer Kommode und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Wir haben auch ein kleines, aber gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Du würdest das Haus mit Tammo teilen, der jeden Tag arbeitet und manchmal von zu Hause aus; und Guapo, der geliebte deutsch-brasilianische Hund des Hauses.

in an apartment for two people in Neustadt, very well situated 10 minutes from the city center on foot, directly on and overlooking the Werdersee on one side and a garden on the other, my 15 m2 room will be available for temporary rent between October 21, 2023 - January 15, 2024 -flexible dates-.
The room has my bed, a chest of drawers and a desk. We also have a small but cozy living room. You would share the house with Tammo, who works every day, and sometimes from home; and Guapo, the house's beloved German-Brazilian dog.

em um apartamento para duas pessoas em Neustadt, muito bem situado a 10 minutos do centro da cidade a pé, diretamente sobre e com vista para o Werdersee de um lado e um jardim do outro, meu quarto de 15 m2 estará disponível para aluguel temporário entre 21 de outubro 2023 - 15 de Janeiro 2024 -datas flexiveis-.
O quarto tem a minha cama, uma cômoda, e uma escrivaninha. A gente também tem uma pequena porém aconchegante sala de estar. Você dividiria a casa com o Tammo, que trabalha todos os dias, e às vezes desde casa; e com o Guapo, querido cachorro alemao-brasileiro de casa.
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und ideal in der Neustadt gelegen, das Stadtzentrum und mehrere Supermärkte sind in maximal 10 Minuten zu Fußzu erreichen. Und wenn du Grünflächen magst, bietet das Ufer des Werdersees eine ideale Kulisse zum Spazierengehen, Joggen oder für ein Picknick!
