Because our roommate is moving next door, we have a nice room available starting on the 15th of February. The apartment includes three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower. It also comes with a basement and a balcony, accessible via Rafa's bedroom.
We are looking for a laid-back person who is responsible, cares about cleanliness and someone who is respectful. In our WG we clean the community spaces (kitchen, hallway and bathroom) once a week in rotation, without a fixed date. Just maintaining the cleanliness during the week - chill and mutual.
Currently residing are Alevtina (Alya) and Rafael (Rafa), each 25 years old and studying at HFK in Bremen.
Alya is studying digital media and besides her obvious interest in art she also diddles in psychology, does yoga and enjoys movies & music. She is a warm, kind and caring person with great communication skills, who cherishes her me-time when she isn't studying her butt off.
Rafa is a happy-go-lucky guy, who delves into outdoor sports, such as skateboarding. By unfortunate circumstances he is an architect but he also makes a living as an independent artist besides his studies. He is always down for a chill time with beer, wine and tea. Definitely one of the easy-going type of guy, you'd want to live with.
