Wir Sarafina (Ich) Kati und Max wohnen in einer 3er-WG in der Bremer Neustadt, sehr zentral , nahe der Hochschule gelegen (2 Minuten mit dem Rad). Im Sommer Fuß läufig zum wunderschönen Werdersee, sowie mit der Straßenbahn gut angebunden zur Innenstadt und Uni🙂.
Max macht eine Ausbildung zum Physiotherapeuten und Kati studiere Hebammenwissenschaften an der HSB. Ich ziehe so bald wie möglich aus und suche eine nette Person für mein Zimmer. Einzugsdatum ist flexibel früstens 01.06 oder 15.06.
Wir haben ein sehr offenes und harmonisches Miteinander, sind keine reine Zweck-WG, aber geben uns trotzdem unsere Freiräume🌞
Die Kaution (Ablösevereinbarug) liegt bei 300€, Miete bei 300€ (mit allen Nebenkosten kommen wir bei uns auf ca. 380€ Gesamtkosten pro Monat).
