Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ich suche eine Nachmieterin zum 01.01.2011 (evtl. auch ein paar Tage früher) für mein schönes, helles WG-Zimmer (ca. 17qm) mitten in der Neustadt.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Weizenkampstrasse, sehr zentral zur Innenstadt, zur Hochschule und auch zum Flughafen. Bahnen und Busse fahren in direkter Nähe. Durch eine komplette Sanierung wie neues Bad, neue Küche, neue Türen, neuer Bodenbelag ist die Wohnung in einem sehr gepflegenten Zustand.
Im Zimmer, sowie im Flur ist dunkles Laminat verlegt, in der Küche und im Bad Fliesen.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 255€ + 17 € SWB (Strom)
