Hallo,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in der Neustadt. Das zimmer ist recht groß (ca. 24 qm), hat dunkles Laminat und weiße Wände :). Das Zimmer ist ziemlich hell und kriegt vor allem morgens viel Sonne ab.
Ansonsten haben wir einen Balkon, Küche, Bad und bischen Stauraum auf dem Dachboden.
Die Vermieter wohnen hier im Haus sind aber sehr unkompliziert und super nett.
Zu deinem künftigem Mitbewohner lässt sich sagen, dass er sehr unkompliziert und nett ist aber kommt einfach vorbei und guckt ob die Chemie stimmt!
