Hi Leute, da meine Liebe Mitbewohnerin leider im Februar auszieht, suche ich Verstärkung für unsere 2er WG. Das Zimmer hat 15 qm, zwei große Fenster, ist zur Straße ausgelegt und wird unmöbiliert übergeben. In dem Zimmer liegt Laminat und hat keine Schrägen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es mit der Bahn ca. 15 min, bis zur Hochschule 5 min und bis zur Uni ca. 35 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch ganz in der Nähe (Penny 5 min, REWE 10 min). Also sehr Zentral gelegt. Und für alle Partygänger, eine beliebte Disco ist in 7 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gut wäre noch zu wissen, dass mit dem Auszug meiner Mitbewohnerin, auch viele Kleinigkeiten nachgekauft werden müssen. Das betrifft hauptsächlich die Küche. Schreibt mir bitte eine SMS, oder eine Mail weil ich im Moment ziemlich viel am arbeiten bin. (bitte mit ein paar Sätzen über euch) Freue mich auf euch. MfG Jannik 017684887041
