The room is quite spacious, you will already find on it a double bed, 2 tables, a chair, a wardrobe and a cabinet. When I got into the room it was empty and I had to buy all of it, I intend on selling it for an open price to the next flatmate, if you dont have intention of buying please dont contact me. We have a bathroom with a nice shower, a semi large kitchen with all you need, a small balcony and a living room with a coach and a big tv where we hang out.

The place is in neustadt, about 5 min away from Schleiermacherstr tram stop. You have within walking distance a penny, netto and spar. The University is 2 tram stops away, perfect if you are a bit lazy in the mornings
Der Platz ist in Neustadt, ca. 5 min entfernt von Schleiermacherstr Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Sie haben nur wenige Gehminuten einen Penny, Netto und Holm. Die Universität ist 2 Straßenbahnhaltestellen entfernt, ideal, wenn Sie in den Morgen sind ein bisschen faul
I am leaving, you will be sharing the room with Bernd a very nice german guy that speaks english fluently. We both will be doin the interviews but he has the last word on the decision, so try to impress him lol.
Ich verlasse, werden Sie im Zimmer mit Bernd ein sehr netter Kerl, der fließend Deutsch spricht Englisch. Wir beide werden doin die Interviews, aber er hat das letzte Wort bei der Entscheidung, so versuchen, ihn zu beeindrucken lol.
