My flatmate is going abroad for 2 mounth and I am looking for a female flatmate for this time. It would be from the 1st May until the end of June!
We live in a very nice shared flat in the middle of the Neustadt, very close to the tram 6 and the busses 26/27.
As you can see on the pictures, it is a big furnished room, the window goes to the garden. We also have a nice kitchen, bathroom, balcony and we can use the garden behind our house.
The rent would be 300€ per mounth with everything included (water, gas, telephone, internet, etc.)
