Das Zimmer ist hell und geräumig. Momentan stehen dort ein neues Bett und ein Schrank drin, die gegen eine geringe Ablöse übernommen werden können (ist aber kein Muss). Ansonsten ist das Zimmer unmöbliert. Ein Anschluss für Kabelfernsehen befindet sich ebenfalls im Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist mit 16qm ideal für Studenten aus dem Aus-und Inland und junge Leute.
Das Haus ist nahe des Flughafens gelegen. Fluglärm gibt es aber nicht. Zur Hochschule Bremen sind es knappe 15 Minuten zu Fuß, ins Viertel gute 30 Minuten, in die Innenstadt ca. 25. Alles ist aber auch sehr gut mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen, eine Haltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls alle fußläufig zu erreichen.
Für die WG wird jemand gesucht, der einigermaßen ordentlich ist, auch mal für ein Gespräch zu haben ist und sich nicht nur in seinem Zimmer verschließt. Es soll keine reine Zweck-WG sein, aber man muss auch nicht auf Teufel komm raus Freundschaft pflegen. Jeder hat hier seine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und Privatsphäre.
