Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm groß und komplett möbiliert. Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch, Spiegel und Kommode sollen übernommen werden, kosten aber nichts. Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht riesig, aber dafür haben wir ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer, in dem sich hauptsächlich das WG-Leben abspielt.
Die Lage ist super! Man braucht nur 1 Minute zum Werdersee und zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Auch die Bahn ist direkt um die Ecke. In die Stadt braucht man 20 Min.zu Fuß und 5 Min. mit der Bahn.
Ich wohne mit Rapha und Ines zusammen. Rapha ist Franzose und arbeitet bereits. Ines ist Studentin. Sie hat außerdem einen kleinen Hund. Beide sind sehr nett und immer für einen Spaß zu haben. Wir verbringen oft Zeit zusammen - ob abends weggehen oder einen Film schauen.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 01.08. beziehbar. Wohnungsbesichtigungen sind erst ab 18 h unter der Woche möglich.
