Ich suche eine/n neue/n ZwischenmieterIn für mein Zimmer ab 15. Mai 2017 bis ende August,die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Penny, Netto, Rewe, Rossmann und diverse Kneipen sind in 1-2 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Hochschule ist 3 min. Fußweg entfernt.
Die Haltestelle für die Linien 1, 8, 26, 27, 63, 120… liegt direkt um die Ecke und Linie 6 ist in 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist ca. 14qm groß und ist möbliert.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind beide Studenten. Die Wohnung ist ca. 60qm groß. Für 300€ ist alles inkl. (Internet, Telefon, Strom etc.)!
Wenn du keine reine zweck WG suchst und einigermaßen ordentlich bist dann melde dich bei mir.
