We have a free room in our apartment in Neustadt, available from the 1st of January.
The room has 12mq, monthly rent - 240EUR (all included).
The room is unfurnished.
The apartment is located in Neustadt, in Friedrich-Ebert-Str.; the tram stop Gastfeldstr. (tram 6) is right under the door and the buses 26/27 stop two minutes from the flat! The area is full of stores (Penny, Rewe, Netto, Spar, Rossmann...), there are also many Bäckereien, restaurants, some bars etc.
We are a friendly and open-minded WG, enjoy cooking together, chatting in the kitchen or going out for some beers in Viertel. Aga works and Beke is writing her Masters' thesis. We are looking for a new flatmates, both boys and girls!
Beke is German and Aga does her best to learn that language, so most of the time we speak die deutsche Sprache. Nevertheless other languages are also welcome!
