Gemütliches unmöbliertes, helles Zimmer (ca. 10 qm) mit Dielenboden und ostseitigem Fenster. Unsere Wohnung hat eine Dusche und Badewanne, die Toilette ist separat. Ansonsten gibt es eine Waschmaschiene und einen Geschirrspüler.
Cosy unfurnished, light room (10 qm) with wooden flooring and a window to the east. Our flat has a shower as well as a bathtub, the toilet is in a seperate room. Besides we got a washing machine and a dish washer.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses an der Kornstr. Zur Straßenbahn Linie 4 sind es 5 Min zu Fuß und die Busse 26/27 fahren auch um die Ecke (2-3 Min).
Our flat is located in the 2nd floor of an apartment building. To the tram 4 and busses 26/27 its 2-5 min by foot.
Im Moment wohnen hier Nur (28), die Meeresbiologie studiert hat, Miguel (25) der als Tischler arbeitet und Aristide (27), der einen Doktor in Umweltchemie macht. Nur zieht dann zu Mitte April aus und um das momentane Geschlechtserverhältnis aufrecht zu erhalten, würden wir eine Frau bevorzugen. Als Sprachen wird ein Mix aus Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch gesprochen was sehr witzig ist! Es wäre allerdings super, wenn der/die neue MitbewohnerIn als Basis auch Englisch spricht.
Das WG-Leben ist wie es grade passt, aber wir machen gerne was zusammen und man trifft sich abends sowieso meist in der Küche zum Kochen, Essen, Quatschen oder spielen eine Runde Tischfußball.
Right now, there is Nur (28), who studied marine biology, Miguel (25), who is working as a carpenter and Aristide (27), who is doing his PhD in environmental chemistry. Nur is the one moving out in mid April. To keep the balance between men and women as it is now, we are preferably looking for a girl to move in. For communication, we use a mix of Spanish, English and German, so it would be nice if the new flatmate can also speak English as a basis.
Life in the flat always happens however it fits in everyones plan. If everyone is busy, we meet in the kitchen in the evenings, to eat, cook, talk or play a game of football table.
