Hallo Leute,
da ich ein Praktikum in Hamburg angefangen habe und das pendeln nach einer Woche völlig satt bin suche ich eine Zwischenmieterin für mein Zimmer in der Neustadt.
Es ist circa 18 qm groß und mit hellen Möbeln möbliert, die auch noch ziemlich neu sind.
In der Küche ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden und einen Keller zum Fahrrad abstellen gibt es auch.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen und grade mal zwei Haltestellen von der Innenstadt entfernt. Außerdem findet man in der Nähe alles was man braucht. Ein Rewe, Aldi und Penny sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch wenn man abends mal weggehen möchte sind Kneipen nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
In dem anderen Zimmer der Wohnung wohnt Annika, die für nette Abende mit Kochen, Wein trinken, etc. immer zu haben ist.
Wenn ihr Interesse habt schreibt mir doch einfach eine Mail und wir machen kurzfristig einen Termin aus.
Und achja, mit dem Auszugsdatum bin ich realtiv flexibel, wenn es um einen früheren Auszug geht.
