Das Zimmer ist 24qm groß, hat ein großes Fenster (zur Straße) und Dielenfußboden.
Es gibt noch zwei weitere Zimmer, einen kleinen Flur, Küche und Bad. Das Bad ist nicht besonders groß, aber vollkommen ausreichend. In der Küche steht ein Tische, an dem man in gemütlicher Runde essen kann. Der Balkon ist nach hinten raus, wenn die Sonnescheint ein fantastischer Ort.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der Friedrich-Ebert-Straße. Die Straßenbahnlinien 4 und 6 sind innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. An den Werdersee ist es gar nicht weit, ebensowenig in die Innenstadt. Auch das Viertel ist noch gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Meine beiden Mitbewohner Hannes und Johann sind wirklich klasse. Wir verbringen viel Zeit miteinander, sei es beim Kochen, Sport oder beim Feiern. Das Verhältnis ist locker, alles kann - nichts muss, wie man so schön sagt.
Insgesamt beträgt die Miete 230,94 Euro, dazu kommen 9,95 Euro für das WLan. Die Wohnung wird ab 01.08. frei.
