Hi!
I’m a moving out in the 21st of July and my room would be available from 21.07 on.
The room has a 90cm bed, a quite wardrobe, a big studying table, and a shelf and a little but really comfortable sofa. It has two big windows and an adjustable heating.
The location of the residence is perfect for students of the Hochschule Bremen, as well as the ones that go to Bremen Universität.
The tram stop is just one minute from the resindence or even less (Am Neuen Markt).
There are only 5 stops from the airport to the residence (15 minutes).
You can go by walk to Hochschule Bremen (10min) and the tram stop to go to Bremen Universität is 5 minutes by walk from the residence.
Thus, it is closed to the centre of Bremen. You have the old town station in just 4 minutes and the Haupbahnhof in just 10 min.
The neighborhood is also great. We have Rewe and Aldi just in front of us (2 minutes), as well as a Sparkasse at the corner (2 minutes).
It is a building of 28 rooms, 14 rooms per floor. Each floor has its own kitchen and there are 4 bathrooms per floor (all of them with a shower, sink and toilet). The kitchen has a dishwasher, several fridges and of course oven, microwave...etc. There is also a basement with washing machines and dryers, as well as a closed space for bicycles.
On this residence you have the opportunity to meet new people and cultures. The kitchen is so big that we can cook and have lunch together. Since we are 14 on each floor, it is easy to know everybody, and there's always someone on the kitchen to talk to.
On the other hand, you also have your own quiet space on your room whenever you need it.
