Das Zimmer ist hell und perfekt zum Arbeiten, Schlafen und chillen. Es liegt zum Hinterhof und ist daher schön ruhig.
Zum Einladen von Freunden bietet sich perfekt das riesige Wohnzimmer mit Küchennische (45qm), Balkon und die Dachterasse an - dieser Blick über Bremen ist unbezahlbar!
I rent my cozy little room for over 4 weeks. The room is furnished with a huge bed, a wardrobe and a desk and chair. It's really light here and the perfect place to work, to sleep or to relax.
For all other activities, like hanging out with friends, having a good dinner or just a glass of wine we have a great living room (45qm), a balcony and even a rooftop terasse!
Das Haus liegt super zentral, direkt an der Weser und vor dem Haus ist die Straßenbahnanbindung Nr. 6 Universität-Flughafen. Und einige Buslinien.
Der Neustadtpark ist auch nur 100m entfernt sowie zahlreiche Cafés, Imbisse und Shops. Auch Rewe und Aldi sind grade mal 5 min zu Fuß.
The flat is really in the center, the tram drives in front of the door. The river, a park and many shopping and eating possibilities are close-by.
Du wohnst mit 4 super tollen Menschen zusammen, die alles mögliche machen von Studieren, Reisen, Arbeiten, Referendarieren, Nebenjobben und Musizieren. Frag sie am besten selbst :)
Gerne treffen wir uns mal im großen Wohnzimmer zum Tee, Bier oder Wein trinken, zum gemeinsam Pizza machen oder Frühstücken. Alles ganz entspannt. Kann alles, muss nichts.
