Hallo zusammen,
da ich für ein Semester ins Ausland gehe, suchen wir einen Zwischenmieter für ein schönes, ca. 20qm großes Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert.
Die Miete beträgt 330 Euro für alles (Miete, Strom, Internet/ Festnetz,... ).
Die Wohnung hat 3 WG-Zimmer.
Eine helle geräumige Küche, ein kleineres Zimmer (ca. 8qm), zwei Abstellkammern und einen Balkon. Keller und Fahrradkeller sind auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist in der wunderschönen Neustadt in der Friedrich-Ebert-Straße.
Die Lage ist optimal. Die Haltestelle Gastfeldstraße (Linie 6,
26, 27, 102...) ist genau gegenüber. Von da kommt ihr in 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
Penny, Spar, Netto und Rewe sind nur wenige Meter entfernt.
Zu Fuß sind es 5-10 min. zum Werdersee oder zum Stadtzentrum.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist alles in Reichweite.
Wir führen ein entspanntes WG-Leben, kein Zweck, kein Muss. Jeder kann sein Ding machen oder auch was gemeinsam.
