Das Zimmer ist im 3. Stock, möbliert, 6 qm, zwar klein, aber sehr sehr gemütlich, ist ruhig gelegen und hat ein wundersames Fenster, aus dem du den Himmel und die Wolken gut betrachten kannst. Es kostet 123 Euro für den Monat.
Im Haus, das über 3 Etagen plus Souterrain geht, gibt es 2 Bäder, eins mit Badewanne, 2 separate Klos und eine relativ große Küche, in die wir alle rein passen (es gibt auch einen Garten und eine große und kleine Terasse, aber es ist ja Winter)

The free room is on the third floor, furnished, 6 sqm. It is a small but very very cosy room and it has got a wonderful window where you look to the sky and the clouds. It costs 123 euro per month all inclusive.
In the house, which has 3 floors plus souterrain, there are also 2 bathrooms, 2 seperate toilets and a relatively big kitchen, in which all of us fit. (there is a garden and two terraces but it's winter)
In 3-5 Minuten bist du bei der Haltestelle Hochschule Bremen, wo die Straßenbahnen 1 und 6 fahren sowie zahlreiche Buslinien.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, also Supermärkte und alles andere gibt's auch in der Nähe, z.B. in der Pappelstraße, ungefähr 10-15 Minuten Fußweg.

In 3-5 min you get to the bus and tram stop called Hochschule Bremen where the trams 1 and 6 pass as well as many buses.
There are various shopping possibilities as supermarkets and other shops around here, for example in the street called Pappelstraße, 10-15 min by foot.
Wir sind zwischen 21 und 40 Jahre alt (3w, 6m) - Studierende, Vollzeitarbeitende, Jobbende, Schüler*innen, Suchende. Wir finden uns gerne irgendwo im Haus zusammen und sind auch gerne für uns allein. Manchmal kochen einige zusammen, manchmal nicht. Je nachdem wie die Bedürfnisse sind und wie es passt.
