Ich möchte meine 3-Zimmerwohnung 70qm zu einer WG umgestalten...es sind zwei kleine (eins davon mit Balkon) und ein großes Zimmer (24qm)...wie man letztendlich die Räume aufteilt kann man zusammen entscheiden da bin ich ganz entspannt.
Bus und Bahn...Südbad und Pappelstraße ist alles nur einen Sprung weit entfernt.
Ich bin WG- erfahren und suche keine Zweckgemeinschaft. Natürlich muss jeder hinter sich auch mal die Tür zumachen können, aber Sympathie und eine langfristige Wohnsbsicht sind mir wichtig.
Ich bin 30Jahre und berufstätig und wünsche mir daher auch eher jemanden, der einen ähnlichen Rythmus hat.
