Hi everyone!
I will leave my room in Neustadt on the 2nd week of July, 2016.
The room is completely furnished wit two small beds, a wardrobe, a desk (with a chair) a sofa and a night table. It also has a pillow and a blanket that I can leave to you if you need them :)
As the room is in the attic, it's very bright and warm in winter.
The flat is located in Neustadt, 3 minutes by walking to the tram station "Theater am Leibnizplatz" where you can take easily trams nº 4 and 6.
In 6 minutes by walking there is the Neustadtwall campus and in 15 min you find the other campus just by walking.
There are 3 supermarkets near the flat: Penny, Netto and Rewe, so it's very comfortable to go and buy your things!
You will share the kitchen and the bathroom with another person, but the room is just for yourself. You will find enough space for your goodies in any case.
There is a washing machine in the basement that you can use for 3 Euro and the costst for the Internet are 12'50 Euro per month.
I would only accept requests sent by e-mail. We can meet and show you the flat if you are interested or if you want to have some more pictures of the flat I can send them to you.
The price is all-included but you would have to pay 12'50 Euro extra for the Internet fee.
