Hi future owner of my room,
I will leave my amazing room at the end of July cause my Erasmus will be over.
The room (Zimmer 9) is on the First Floor, it's big with two big windows at South-West, so you will enjoy the sun during the day and the amazing sunsets of the North Europe.
All the furniture is included: a bed, a table, a chair, a wardrobe, a couch, a mirror.
It is a really complete room. Completley new! !
The house is located in Neuestadt, in a really quiet district. It is really close to the Hochschule Bremen and to the city center (Domsheide).
9 min to Hochschule
13 min to Domsheide (City Center)
20 min to University
5 min to Airport
Which you can reach with the tram 6. It is really well connected with all the rest of the city, both during the day and during the night.

What to say about the life in the house?
Well, prepare yourself to the most exciting experience of your life! My flatmates are amazing! Some of them will leave the house like me at the end of July, so you will meet new people. But the ones who are staying are simply amazing! You will have fun for sure!
This is a student house, so it's perfect for who wants to enjoy erasmus life at the best. Actually, this is the best place to live in Bremen! You will stay in a perfect multi-cultural environment and you will have the opportunity to practice a lot of languages (spanish, italian, french, english, ect...) not only german :)
The house has 3 floors. Each floor has:
- one kitchen (that you will share with other 8 flatmates) with oven, 2 fridges, dishwasher, microwave, ect...
- 3 bathrooms (that you will share with 2 or 3 more people).
Water, electricity all included.
The internet cost is 5€ pre month.
There are washing and dryer machines in the basement.
