The room is completely furnished with a bed, sheets, blanket and pillow. Along with that there is a cupboard, small television, table, chair and a table lamp. :) The internet is just superb, you can also have the luxury of completely furnished kitchen. The kitchen has almost everything including dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator and toaster. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the basement, where you can wash and dry your clothes and probably put some of the luggage for no costs.
The apartment is just 10 seconds from the tram stop "kirchweg", and 10 minutes to tram stop "theatre am lebniz platz". The street has lots of bars and restaurants and Rewe supermarket is just right next to home. Along with that another supermarket Penny and rossmann are also just a walking distance.
Of course need not to mention a beautiful view of Werdersee, which is your own garden :)
Currently, i have no flatmates since my previous flatmate from Spain went back to her hometown.
You can also stay longer if you want and we can talk about it. The land lady is really nice. :)
I finished my Masters from Uni Bremen and will be leaving Bremen by end of July. But you will be pay for your own room only, so need not to worry.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested. There are no hidden costs, but i hope you keep the furniture and every other thing at home safe. :)
