There are two free rooms. The bigger is about 16 m² in size and has a big window with a wonderful view into the backyard. The rent for the room is 270 € warm including telephone / internet. The smaller room is about 12 m² and the rent is 230 €. Both rooms are available from 1 September. The rooms are fully furnished with Bed, wardrobe, study table, rolling chair, coffee table and chairs, shelves, lamps and various small decorative items. So if you are interested in the room just contact me and we can make an appointment to look at the house.
The house is centrally located in Neustadt in a friendly neighborhood. There are many transportation possibilities, with buses (24 & 26) - one minute walk to the bus station, Also trams (line 4 & 6) 5 minutes walk. You can find all leading stores nearby - Penny, Rewe, Netto, Ross-man, Euro bazaar, bakeries, eateries and ice cream parlors.
The house is currently inhabited by me and my friend. The house will be vacated by the end of august by both of us. Further, you can negotiate with the landlady if you desire to stay alone, thereby you can have the whole floor to yourself. If not it will be a 2 shared apartment.
There is a backyard and a beautiful front garden. Microwave, grill, convection oven, toaster, kettle almost everything you will need in the kitchen is available. Blankets and bed covers are also provided.
