Hallo zusammen,
Wir (Matze/23, Janos/26) suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner/in für unsere 3er WG in der Bremer Neustadt. Es handelt sich um ein kleines gemütliches Zimmer mit ca. 12m² und nem Hochbett drin! Die Kosten belaufen sich auf 230€ warm inkl. Telefonflat und DSL 6000er. Das Zimmer soll zum 01.02. vermietet werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Neustadt nähe des Leibnitzplatzes, welcher eine optimale Verkehrsanbindung bietet. Die Hochschule ist einen Steinwurf entfernt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich hier viele! Unsere Dachterasse lädt im Sommer zum chillen ein. Matze und ich rauchen und wir hören auch mal gerne etwas lauter Mucke!
