Willkommen in der Kornstrasse 118!
Da ich für 3 Monate auf Expedition verschwinde, suche ich zwischen dem 8. Februar und 24. Mai eine nette Person, die meine Habseligkeiten für die Zeit übernehmen möchte :) Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber durch zwei Fenster sehr hell. Im Inserat angegeben ist erstmal die Monatsmiete; das wird dem angegebenen Zeitraum dann natürlich angepasst.

Because I will spend 3 months on an expedition, I'm looking for someone who wants to rent my room between the 8th of February and 25th of May. The given price for the room is the monthly rent; it will be adapted to the above mentioned time frame.

Die Neustadt - vor allem die Kornstraße - ist gut belebt: Pizzaläden für den Kater am nächsten Morgen, der beste Bäcker weit und breit für den Sonntagsbrunch, Gemüseläden, Frisöre, Handyläden...
auch für Besorgungen brauchst du nicht weit zu gehen. Der 3-15-Gehminuten-Radar der Wohnung beinhaltet in zeitlicher Reihenfolge: Rewe, Bioladen, Penny, Combi, Aldi, Rossman.
Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle: 5-7 Gehminuten.
Und schließlich gibt es, für den Ausklang am Abend, genügend Kneipen, Cafés und Theater in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Wichtigste nicht zu vergessen: zum gemütlichen Werder-See sind es nicht mehr als fünf Gehminuten!

Neustadt is the perfect place to meet people, go on a drink or a coffee. You can chill/run/picknick next to the Weser which is not more than 10 min away from the flat, and it's also not that far to the main station and to the city center. To the next tram and bus stations it's 5-7 min per walk. Supermarkets are also in 5-10 min available (Aldi, Rossmann, Rewe, Penny, Combi, Eco-market).
Wir - das sind Konrad, Maimuna und ich (Yasemin).
Wir sitzen gern zusammen für den ein oder anderen Schnack mit Haake oder Hemelinger an der Weser, auf unserem (sehr!) kleinen, aber (unglaublich!) gemütlichen Balkon (momentan begibt er sich langsam in den Winterschlaf), zum Netflixen oder auch mal in der Kneipe. Du kochst oder backst gern? Perfekt! Denn allein kocht und isst es sich bekanntlich halb so gut. Aber auch andere Hobbies sind okay ;)
Die Wohnung ist nicht die Größte, aber sich eine der gemütlichsten :) Daher kehrt auch der Rückzug in die eigenen Gemächer auch mal ab und zu ein.

We like to sit at the Weser with a beer, on our small balcony or in one of the cosy Neustadt bars. You're more than welcome to join us! The flat is not the biggest, but it is as least cosy as the surrounding bars are - so from time to time we also retrieve ourselves into our rooms.
