Hallöchen,
ich bin Maria, frische Studienabsolventin und ziehe auf Grund eines Jobangebots aus. Du hättest ein teilmöbliertes Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon. Neben dem Bad gibt es noch ein Gäste-WC, ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine große Küche mit Balkon, Abstellraum, Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Es ist also alles vorhanden und du brauchst nichts weiteres mehr in die WG mitzubringen!
Mein derzeitiger Mitbewohner möchte auch demnächst umziehen, sodass eine komplett neue WG-Konstellation entstehen kann. Meine Emailadresse lautet:
Die WG liegt zentral in der Bremer Neustadt im Buntentorsteinweg. Die Straßenbahnlinie 4 fährt quasi direkt vor der Haustür und auch ansonsten ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht (Penny, Rewe, Apotheke, Post, Rossmann, Sparkasse, Ärzte etc.). Zur Hochschule ist es nur ein Katzensprung und auch die Uni ist mit der Straßenbahn gut zu erreichen.
In der WG wohnen außer mir noch Andrej (20, Azubi). Wir sind recht ordentlich und unkompliziert. Wenn es sich ergibt unternehmen wir auch mal was zusammen. Alles kann, nichts muss ;)
Der Vermieter ist super lieb und kümmert sich bei bestehenden Angelegenheiten.
